About Vincentian

The school was founded in 1932 as Vincentian High School and rededicated as Vincentian Academy-Duquesne University in 1995. Vincentian has become one of the most popular and fastest growing private Academies in the country; from 31 Academy students in 1995 to nearly 250 Academy students in 2008.

The Academy is housed on a beautiful 67- acre campus in McCandless Township just north of Pittsburgh, Pa. Students at the Academy participate in a learning environment rooted in the values of our Catholic faith. Vincentian Academy students and faculty enjoy an academic advantage through its association with Duquesne University.
